Yes — that is the main way people use it. Standard youtube.com watch links, youtu.be short links, Shorts, live, embed URLs, and YouTube Music links all parse. Does AI Studio generate a song from a YouTube video?
It imports the link as reference audio, which steers an original generation — new melody, new lyrics, new recording in the same sonic direction. The linked track is not reproduced. If you want the actual song with a different singer, that is a voice cover; without the singer, that is karaoke.
How much does AI Studio cost?
