Instrumentals for Cover Artists — Record Over Any Song
Get the original instrumental from any song on YouTube. Voxmin's AI removes the vocals, keeping the exact arrangement.
The problem
Cover artists need clean instrumentals to record over. Official instrumentals are rarely available. Manually recreating arrangements is expensive and time-consuming.
The solution
Get the original instrumental from any song on YouTube. Voxmin's AI removes the vocals, keeping the exact arrangement. Record your vocal or instrument over it.
How it works
1
Find the song on YouTube
Use the official music video or the version with the best audio quality.
2
AI extracts instrumental
Voxmin removes the original vocals, leaving the full instrumental arrangement.
3
Record your version
Import the MP3 into your DAW and record your vocals, guitar, or any instrument over it.

Frequently asked questions
For most modern pop, rock, and R&B studio recordings, the instrumental quality is very clean and suitable for covers. Complex jazz or heavily reverbed tracks may have minor artifacts.
Publishing covers involves copyright considerations regardless of how you obtained the instrumental. Use platforms like YouTube's Content ID system, or obtain a mechanical license for distribution on Spotify/Apple Music.
